I stayed here for six nights and enjoyed it:
-Great location in a cool, non-touristy neighborhood, directly next to the metro
-Surrounded by cute cafes, shops, a range of restaurants, close to the waterfront
-Sophisticated design and materials in the room (everything marble, wood, Dyson hair dryer, luxury towels and bath products, etc)
Downsides:
-The rooms are dark and have limited lighting
-The rooms are a bit barren - no TV, no phone, no coffee/kettle, no fridge, no trash can, no water glasses, no do-not-disturb sign etc... it was a bit odd to be missing all of that
I would definitely stay again but would encourage the owners to outfit the rooms a bit more to be more comfortable. Being able to make a cup of tea would go a long way.
