Well, the property has a lot of amenities, and it's close to Ballito Junction, which is awesome. The team is also very responsive, so whenever we need codes for our entrance/exist they provide them. The place is definitely great and better than the pictures.
The directions were really difficult to follow. Spent 30 minutes just trying to locate our building and find the lockbox for our keys. Then we called, and they helped us get to our keys. I think having much clearer instructions would've made this experience easier.

It was closed to the mall and other shops and that made our stay easy .
We didn’t find tissue in our apartment . We had to call and we received it the next day
