Absolutely fabulous hotel. Staff are superb, friendly, helpful and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Our room was great: an excellent bed with gorgeous, soft linen that was changed daily. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city but very close to the main attractions, no more than a 5-10 minute walk. It was one of those hotels where you are sad to leave and want to go back to in the future.

The hotel, the staff and the location were excellent. It's a great location close to the major sites but without being too close and therefore noisy etc. Everything was clean, tidy, well maintained and working which was great.
The staff were attentive, welcoming and a real pleasure to interact with.
Tiny point but the restaurant is in a different building which was unexpected but no issue for us.
Also, in our room (5th floor) there was occasional water/pipe noise from another room bathroom/toilet.

Me by Mula was absolutely amazing. The staff (in particular Anil and Erin) were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Fabulous location - quick walk to the hippodrome and lots of yummy restaurants in the area.
