The property is modern and cozy. It was very clean and had a good smell. It was close to all the places I had to get to. Checking in was smooth. I highly recommend it for your next stay in Cape Town.

L'endroit est parfait, avec un parking et une chambre trรจs accueillante ! Il ne manque rien pour passer un sรฉjour agrรฉable et se sentir au bon endroit. Tout fonctionnait bien, le matelas un peu soft ร mon goรปt mais un un sommeil rรฉparateur, je dois l'avouer. La climatisation impeccable, sans bruit et propre. Il y a des prise USB pour charger son tรฉlรฉphone et un petit geste du propriรฉtaire sympathique, surprise ! On peut regretter qu'il n'y avait pas de capsule Nespresso pour utiliser la machine ร disposition. On devrait proposer un panier (optionnel) dans lequel on trouverait des capsules, du beurre, de la confiture en portion, du pain et un jus de fruit pour le premier rรฉveil; je serai prรชt ร payer pour ce service, tout comme, et pourquoi pas, du vin ! Je suis producteur de vin bio certifiรฉ ร Wellington et c'est un marchรฉ de niche qui sied ร cette offre. C'est une aubaine et nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine sortie !
L'accรจs au parking, tout en prรฉcisant qu'il est gratuit ou inclus dans l'offre mais on ne comprend pas pourquoi l'accรจs est bloquรฉ par un cรดne alors que tout pourrait fonctionnรฉ sans intervention humaine. Il semblerait que le problรจme vient du fait que certains visiteurs ne sont pas autorisรฉs ร rentrer dans le parking ! Petite prรฉcision, il ne faut pas aller au parking avant d'avoir rรฉcupรฉrer les clรฉs dans le coffre sรฉcurisรฉ, ce qui signifie qu'il faut stopper son vรฉhicule devant l'entrรฉe du hall d'accรจs, c'est sans risque, se rendre ร lโaccueil, prรฉsenter sa rรฉservation avec les passeports, pour obtenir les passes, et utiliser le code communiquer par le propriรฉtaire. Ensuite c'est un jeu d'enfant et cela fonctionne merveilleusement pour autant que vous utilisiez le badge appropriรฉ. Petit badge pour la chambre et carte badge pour les points d'accรจs et la sรฉlection de l'รฉtage dans lโascenseur.

Clean, neat and very beautiful place. The design and furnitures were well-maintained, elegant and brand-new!! We had all the comfort and a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle and induction cooktop. Very Good location, very central and close to the main attraction.
Extra info: being aware that you are in CPT and when we arrived around 11 pm we felt a bit unsafe, but this is a general problem not related to the staying itself!! So consider not to collect the keys too late.
