Very well put together, clean, good design, cozy and comfortable. Adrian, the caretaker is an asset to the hotel
The hotel is located next (adjacent) to a bar. The bar plays live music at high volume well past midnight. The room I was assigned to was next to the bar, and it was as if I was inside the bar, tying to sleep.
While not fully solvable, the hotel could isolate the noise by installing triple-paned glass windows -right now there is nothing but a simple sheet of glass that vibrates with the music. All the hotel does is provide ear plugs -which you first notice when you check in and you then know it is too late to do anything about it.
This is such a shame because the property does have a lot going for it: cozy, charming, and with good service
