The location - particularly the immediate access to regular bus routes into Sidmouth avoiding driving in peak season. The garage shop proved very useful for odd purchases.
the chalet is set at a height of about 5 inches off the ground and we would have welcomed an intermediary step to avoid having to pull oneself up - it is an age concern. It was hot weather and we would have appreciated sun shades. The double bedroom was quite small for the bed.
