Location and local services Good. nice little shop next door literally,good original butcher down the road . If you want a beer or wine plenty of places around with in walking distance. Bed was okay room big storage a little short in any room wardrobes with no hangers anywhere
On entry i went around the house beds looked good. Bathroom had no cleaning materials or soaps cleaning clothes .
Kitchen exactly the same no cleaning materials or clothes no washing up liquid no pan scrubs . There was something left in the freezer and that is where it stayed .
Cooker top had not been cleaned from previous people and so i left it .
As man in the building game , The central heating was hit n miss could only make it work [with no instructions left to read ]for 2 days out of 4 so house felt damp. Not being critical but being helpful as i do this all over the world rent property for breaks and holidays.

If you like traditional terraced houses in inner city, where the door comes straight on to the road then this is your type. House was clean, plenty of clean white fluffy towels.
Fridge freezer was not working,so spoiled food . Kitchen and bathroom could do with updating a lot. Kitchen taps still traditional cold hot seperate. Felt a bit overpriced for what was on offer.
