Beautifully presented, very clean and up to date facilities, wrapped in a lovely cottage. Excellent location to the village.

A personal preference that the pillows could be firmer, but bed very comfortable and exceptionally clean

Duncan Cottage Location was great, we Loved the bottle of Prosecco, and cookies & Taytos!, a very nice surprise.. very thoughtful…Our first visit to Royal Hillsborough to connect with a friend. Happened to be the day the Queen did a walkabout in the Village. We Loved dinner (& Guinness) at the Plough Inn. Also Hillside restaurant and a coffee shop right at corner of street for next visit. Loved Tori’s Coffee, Bakes & Cakes, so delicious, met Tori too! Best of all, I met the Queen of England! In Royal Hillsborough! I shook hands with Her Majesty & had a nice chat during her walkabout visit! What a memorable time in your lovely village!

Parking is a challenge, a very small street cars park in front of cottages up on the curb, barely enough room to navigate but I had a Q7 Audi. Cottage is 2 floors, bed up, bath down, it was a bit of a nighttime challenge…had to figure Wi-Fi & heat but once I found the book in the corner(should have been on table)I was ok. Solution- drive a smaller car and stay multiple nights!
