When we arrived, we had missed lunch, but the Chef and General Manager kindly arranged a meal for my daughter and I to share - a pasta dish with lobster bisque which was delicious! We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as we had to leave early. My opinion of the location of the hotel was affected by the construction site right next to the hotel so the view we from our room had was of a large crane. I wasn't aware of the construction site before booking - not the fault of the hotel of course. It was a great location in terms of how close it was to HOTA which is where we were going to see a show.
There was a 'musty' smell in the steam room which was a little unpleasant.
The temperature of the pool was freezing so we didn't swim but did enjoy the spa.

Parking was limited due to construction

Good location
We had a few issues, one being we booked on the basis that there was plenty of parking, as seen on the website & booking.com listing, unfortunately that is not actually the case as the parking lot is now entirely construction.
We asked about paid parking, was told by 1 person it was available & then told by another it wasn’t.
There are also signs regarding alternate parking and a shuttle bus that we also didn’t see.
We weren’t notified of any construction at all, and the work being done there can be heard from your room.
We had an issue with really badly smelling pillows, we spoke with the cleaner about it, cases were changed but the smell lived on. We opted to sleep without them because it was that bad.
