The location was incredible, within two hours of arriving, I saw an elephant pass by the back of the hostel. The staff are so lovely and they arrange a free sunset tour every evening for the guests plus a free dinner that’s completely homemade and delicious. The pool is amazing and cleaned daily and they have the cutest puppy in the hostel too!

It’s not hostel but a small village. What a beautiful place become your own, I come for 1 night and stay 1 week. It’s an amazing beautiful place. Owner and staff so good and friendly, free sunset drive so many things to say about them don’t miss this place if you are in sigiriya

So many positive things about this place:
-Great location, staying in a tree house makes you feel like you are in the jungle. Elephants and other wild animals can be spotted from your terrace.
-Food is excellent, very convenient to eat dinner with other guests & for a very cheap price.
-Staff are the best, very very welcoming, they make you feel at home & part of the family. Thara is the best host, he will give you all the tips you need to have an amazing time in Sigiriya. He can organize for you any activities you like.
-Sri Lankan owned, support this local business !!

The accom is decent especially for the price, you have everything a pool common area and nice rooms
We found the main staff tried to overcharge at a lot, you really need to be conscience of prices and asking what things cost. The bikes are apparently free but they tried to charge a 1000 rubies each definitely not worth it. We did a trip and they implied lunch was included it wasn’t and ended up being the most expensive meal I’ve paid for in all of Sri Lanka
