The staff are absolutely lovely, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice with a choice of items available and also fruit. The room was cleaned daily. Shower also very good.
Sadly there were a few things that impacted our stay.
We appreciate it was new year but most loud music in town ended around 10/11pm. That of the neighbours here however went on into the early hours for two consecutive nights. Deafeningly loud thumping bass music meant it was impossible to sleep. Looking at some other reviews this seems to be an issue with those particular neighbours.
The soundproofing between rooms is also not great.
The rooms are quite small and the air conditioning was not particularly effective.
We were in a room on the second floor next to the balcony. Unfortunately on the balcony was the smoking area so we had the smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room as the tables were directly outside our window. We therefore also had to keep the curtains closed all the time.

A/c was fantastic, comfortable beds, made to order complimentary breakfast was delicious, hot showers, away from the noisy bars, clean. Dealt with pouna at the front with everything. She is so kind, and warm. Spoke excellent english. Made sure we were taken care of. Her brother was very lovely as well.
