The premises were well maintained. They were clean. When we did have an issue i.e ironing board, the host was easily contactable and resolved the issue quickly. There was a nice outdoor seating area.
The bedroom was really small in relation to height and you could not move round it easily (probably our fault but was not aware of ceiling height). There downstairs was good but the number of rubbish bins reduced space. There was an issue with the quality and range of glasses i.e if looked like they were previous used in another property and there were no decent wine glasses. Also there was a lack of information regarding the locality. Normally we have found that the property owners provide a folder which informs you of any instructions regarding electrical equipment, leaving arrangement, local amenities e.g local shops, pubs, petrol stations etc. There was nothing easily to hand and I suppose the argument is check the internet, but the folder adds to the welcome

A perfectly designed tiny home! Everything has been thought out well and we had all that we needed, plus some extra welcome touches such as fresh croissants and coffee grounds and milk for a cuppa. My tween and teenage daughters loved the mezzanine bedroom and I found the sofa bed perfectly comfortable. The little garden was the ideal size to let our dog out at night and first thing in the morning. Fabulous location close to the beach, a cafe and a restaurant and also walkable to Mumbles, although hilly. We wished we were staying longer and hope to return!

Very well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom door was stiff and noisy opening and closing. There were no shelves or places to put your clothes in the bathroom as it was a wet room. It should say on the details that the double bed is a mattress on the floor as the pitch of the roof was too low for a bed.there were no instruction leaflets for tv heating etc
