Great location so close to Ashramam Ground where there was a fairground a lovely walk round the park with lots of shade and interesting statues/sculptures. A great place to socialise as well, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and we made good friends with some of the other guests. Also a very quiet spot tucked away, clean room with comfortable bed. We slept very well. Short tuk tuk ride less than 10 minutes from Kollam Junction train station to top it all off! Will stay here again if we return to Kollam.

People have mentioned small room but we had a chair, table and wardrobe. Most larger rooms we have stayed in have one of those three.
It's a new place and very clean. Owner was really accommodating and helpful. Thank you sir.

Great little place, well maintained, cleanest rooms in India, secure all times of the day, no hassles, delightful friendly staff, quiet amd really great value for money... wish there were more like this
