Extremely disappointing experience, very dirty apartament.

Extremely disappointing experience – absolutely not recommended We arrived at the apartment on our first night at around 1:00 AM. When we arrived, all the windows were wide open and the apartment was quite cold. After closing the windows, we noticed a persistent and very strong smell coming from what seemed to be a garbage/sewage area. After taking possession of the apartment, we discovered that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were personal items traces left on the bathroom sink, and the toilet was visibly dirty, as shown in the photos attached. Since it was already very late, we went to the shop across the street, bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. At that point, we decided to try to overlook this inconvenience and stay at the property, given the late hour. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse. After finishing the cleaning and preparing to sleep, we pulled back the top bedding and discovered that the bed sheets were clearly used and dirty, with blood stains and other visible traces of dirt, as shown in the photos. We immediately contacted the property, but we only received a response the following morning, at around 9:00 AM. Being in Morocco and having this happen at 1–2 AM, we had nowhere realistic to go. We tried calling other accommodations, but no one answered at that hour. In the end, we had to try to sleep on the sofa, using our own T-shirts as a makeshift covering. The next morning, as soon as possible, we booked another hotel and left the apartment at around 9:00 AM. The property owner apologized and offered to send the person responsible for cleaning back to clean the apartment again. Given the condition we found the apartment in, this was not an acceptable solution. The property required a thorough and extensive cleaning, not simply a quick second cleaning, and there was also the persistent and very unpleasant garbage/sewage smell, with no guarantee that this issue would be resolved.
