The house was magnificent and though elegant, not pretentious so it was comfortable and homely. The furniture was comfortable, especially for our elderly members and having wheelchair access was fabulous. The deck overlooking the estuary was our favourite place to gather. Comms were excellent and contact regarding wifi issues was prompt and appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The onerous process for booking and checking in. I understand you have probably had some disastrous experiences but I found it quite off-putting and almost reluctant to use again. Two minor comments - The balcony ceiling apex could do with a spider web clean and bottom bathroom tap needs repair, but other than that, the rest was fabulous.

Amazing stay! This spacious home overlooking the Estuary was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. It suited all our needs — from my elderly parents to our grown-up kids and grandies. The house was incredibly well equipped and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. I especially loved the soft bedding and quality towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation, including a coffee machine and air fryer. It was the ideal cozy spot for a winter escape — warm, welcoming, and wonderfully comfortable.
The only downside was the 4pm check-in time, which felt a little late, especially when travelling with small children.

This home was just stunning. The view, the setout the facilities. The chats and laughs on the huge balcony. Our family really enjoyed our short get away :)

Some areas not clean, entry blocked by garden, things not working, overwhelming amount of emails and information, bond too large, online security unnecessary
