Tres bon emplacement et prix correct

Contrairement à ce que l'annonce indique, cet appartement n'est pas refait à neuf. Il y a bien une tentative de poser du lambris dans le couloir et la salle de bain mais ratée, tout est de travers, aucune finition et des lattes tombent ! Le rideau du salon est troué de partout donc ne joue pas son rôle occultant. Le canapé lit n'est pas un vrai convertible, on dort sur l'assise donc pas très confortable. Quant à l'équipement de la cuisine, il manque des casseroles, des plats pour le four, des couteaux à bout rond car oui on vient avec des enfants...

Fonctionnel avec quelques manquements, des compléments d'aménagement seraient les biens venu.

l'emplacement au pied des pistes et pratique avec le local de rangement pour le matériel de ski dès l'entrée/sortie du bâtiment. Une pelle pour déneiger est disponible et bien pratique pour dégager son véhicule. Le déchargement depuis le parking à proximité facilite grandement l'arrivé/le départ. Facilité de trouver les clés (mais pas de double, attention !) par un code.

les rideaux sont trouées et ne ferme pas en totalité pour occultation de la vue depuis le parking ! De gros manquement sur le matériel de cuisine : Plaque à induction = cafetière inexploitable ! pas de casserole simple (juste une grosse gamelle et 3 poêles à induction. Pas de presse agrumes (pour un bon jus d'orange pressè le matin au petit déj), plaque à découpé en bois déformé (pas pratique car gonflé par l'humidité), éclairage frigo H.S. Coté sale de bain, tapis de douche à changer, robinets baignoire presque bloqué contre le murs, radiateur électrique bruyant la nuit ! il faut signaler que la vu est plongeante depuis le parking dans l'appartement, salle à manger ! Le cagibis ou est le matériel de nettoyage était très poussiéreux ! l'aspirateur est plein, et ne possède pas d'embout final, l’extrémité du tuyau est seul. Un écran plat était mentionné, mais la taille est vraiment petite, et pas de wifi. Le canapé lit est vraiment dur (canapé en L qui se transforme en lit avec une barre au niveau du dos) confort très moyen (prévoir au moins un sur matelas pour le rendre plus confortable. 2 prises à proximités du lit superposé en haut se déboitent à l'usage d'un branchement, vraiment dangereux en cas d'utilisation par un enfant ! a réparer absolument. Manque un étendoir pliant pour les fins de journée de ski (faire sécher combinaisons, chaussettes, teeshirts,gants,etc....)
