This room has so much more to offer than any hotel room, and for such a great price. I cannot recommend it enough. The hosts' communication was clear and professional throughout. And the view is gorgeous from the balcony. Finally, one can easily access the building from SLC airport using the Green Trax line, and downtown is very accessible either on foot or using the Trax.
I cannot think of anything.

The location and host communication were great. The view each morning was really nice, and there's a lovely coffee shop right across the street.
Almost all of the supplied dishes were dirty, so make sure to bring your own sponge and dish soap if you plan on cooking. The furniture was also extremely cheap - The bar stools were too unstable to sit on, and the coffee table was super wobbly.
