Motel or hotel would be easier and cleaner.
Location was convenient for our first time in SLC. Potentially nice view from window, but it was extremely smoggy when we were there.
Outdoor entrance security system was broken, so I didn’t need to enter code. There were several different security guards there over the duration of our stay, with varying degrees of how much verification they wanted from us. One time we came back from an excursion and no security guard was there, and a person who was leaving held the door open for us (therefore, no security at all). Sheets & blanket had a gross sour smell. I felt like the smell was transferring from the sheet to me. There were also other people’s hairs (several) on the sheets, which creeps me out. The floor was extremely dirty, and not from us! When the daylight came into the unit between the blinds, you could see crumbs, chunks, grit, and other people’s hairs across the entire floor, even under the furniture, where we did not spend time, and we definitely did not drop anything. Even if I hadn’t seen it with the daylight, I could feel it all on the bottoms of my feet. The drinking glasses & dinner plates were dirty, had chunks stuck to them, and the dishes were put away wet by whoever “cleaned” or stayed before us, so when I took one down out of the cabinet, pooled water spilled out onto me. Top of stove was dirty. There were little lamps on the nightstands but they were not plugged in, nor would the cords reach the nearest outlet. Fortunately, I packed an extension cord with me, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to charge our phones in a location where we could also comfortably use them. Too much heat from sun came through the windows, which comprised one whole side of unit, even with shades pulled, and even though there was thick smog. The a/c vent was far away from the bed, so it was uncomfortable. There was a large sleeper sofa, dining table, and dangerously wobbly barstools in the middle of the cramped room. Awkward furniture arrangement, and very little room to walk around in the unit.
