Horrible, we left immediately.

This was a horrible experience. The apartment they gave us was not the apartment listed. There was a huge hole in the ceiling in the kitchen, everything was dirty. So we left immediately and asked for a full refund, which they granted.

It wasn’t the apartment listed.

Le propriétaire est vraiment impolie et frauduleux

J’ai réservé et payé appartement fes centre sous le numéro 6290999272. À mon arrivée sur place, le propriétaire a refusé de m’envoyer la localisation exacte de l’appartement réservé. À la place, il m’a proposé de visiter deux autres appartements différents, qui ne correspondaient pas du tout à celui que j’avais réservé sur Booking.com. J’ai refusé cette proposition, car elle ne respectait pas les conditions de ma réservation initiale. Le propriétaire n’a alors fourni aucune solution alternative conforme, me laissant sans hébergement. J’ai passé plus de quatre heures dans les rues de Fès, dans une situation très inconfortable et stressante. Face à cette situation, j’ai été contrainte d’effectuer une nouvelle réservation dans un hôtel, ce qui m’a causé des frais supplémentaires imprévus.

La casa è pulita e la cucina è ben attrezzata

Al mio arrivo ho dovuto aspettare più di mezz'ora per poter essere accolto dalla persona che gestiva il check-in nonostante avessimo concordato un appuntamento. La scusa del ragazzo è stata che era dal parrucchiere, trovo ciò per niente professionale. Inoltre nell'appartamento non c'erano asciugamani.
