Appartamento completamente accessoriato!!!! Cosa molto rara da trovare!!

La posizione vicina al mare molto comoda, siamo anche riusciti a parcheggiare la macchina vicino a casa nelle righe bianche. Linea ferroviaria sotto casa ma non è stato un problema ! La casa era molto calda ma avendo 2 climatizzatori siamo riusciti a riposare la notte, tra l'altro letto molto comodo! 5 piano con ascensore, quindi tutto molto comodo !

Vorsicht! Falsche Angaben zur Lage, Ausstattung und Parkplatz

Nichts. Der Aufenthalt entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung und wir mussten die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht in dem Haus, das auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Zwischen dem Gebäude und dem Strand verlaufen eine Bahnschiene sowie ein weiterer hoher Wohnblock (kein freier Strandblick wie erwartet). Direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft zudem eine stark befahrene Hauptstraße. Entgegen den Angaben im Inserat stand kein privater Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Man muss sich selbst einen Parkplatz in der Stadt mühselig suchen. Die Wohnung verfügt nur über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem nur 1,40 m breiten Bett. Das beworbene Etagenbett ist lediglich ein Klappbett an der Wand im Flur. Wenn dieses ausgeklappt ist, blockiert es den gesamten Durchgang, sodass man von der Küche/Wohnbereich nicht zur Toilette oder zum Ausgang gelangen kann! Geschirr war wenig vorhanden und mit einer nicht zu reinigenden Patina belegt. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer waren zudem mit privaten Sachen belegt und ließen sich kaum öffnen, weil sie durch die Tür oder das Bett blockiert wurden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut nicht zufriedenstellend und uneinsichtig. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – das Inserat entspricht in wesentlichen Punkten nicht der Realität vor Ort!
