Le logement est très lumineux, très bien équipé, les petites attentions laissées par les propriétaires sont un gros plus (jeux, livres, coloriages pour enfants, couverts adaptés et matériel de puériculture). Avec des enfants, on aimerait être accueilli comme cela plus souvent!
L'emplacement est très central, près des transports, du marché (juste au pied de l'immeuble, idéal), des commerces.
La connexion internet était défaillante mais le propriétaire nous a prévenu avant notre arrivée, mis à dispo un boîtier 4g et organisé l'intervention opérateur. Rien a redire!
Le bar au pied de l'immeuble, un peu bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit spécialement le dimanche soir.
Pensez à fermer les fenêtres la nuit précédent le marché (à partir de 5h30/6h ça circule pas mal).
Un peu loin de la plage du centre ville (où l'eau n'est pas toujours très propre).

There were many things to like about this property. It is well located in the centre of St Brevin with bars and restaurants nearby. There is a Super U supermarket about 100m away.
There is everything you need in the apartment for self catering.
What was really appreciated was the clear instructions for entry with photos. The bike storage is excellent.
All in all a very comfortable stay.

la beauté , la modernité , la luminosité ainsi que le confort de ce logement.
