We didn’t know there are stairs. My husband had his accident, so he couldnt walk or climb up stairs properly. And carrying two babies is like a marathon. I wish there is an elevator. Or somehow the property will say there is a stairs to welcome you. That would have been helpful to look for other option

The place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. It comes well-equipped with a mini-fridge, electric kettle, TV, WiFi, and complimentary water. Its location near Valencia Park is a big plus, and there's convenient parking available. We arrived earlier than the 2 PM check-in time, and the host graciously allowed us to check in early. We also requested extra pillows, which were gladly provided. The area is incredibly quiet, allowing us to enjoy a truly restful night. Highly recommended for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which made it quite challenging to carry our luggage up, especially since we were traveling with two kids. It might be more manageable for solo travelers or couples with lighter baggage. Another thing to note is that the hot shower ain't working, which could be inconvenient for some. Still, these may be minor issues for those looking for a simple and budget-friendly stay.

I love the room! The design is very aesthetic and its name, "cozy" , says it all! It's a very relaxing place to unwind. This building also has a rooftop deck where you can see the mountains from afar. The place is also near to Forest Camp and The Barn, and to our favorite carenderia near thus building ❤️
