Las camas eran muy cómodas.
Shampoo/jabon. Calidad baja y olor poco estándar (para entornos con huéspedes tan diversos mejor optar por opciones clásicas y no tutti fruti).

Great location. The staff was responsive on What’s app. Very clean rooms and common area.
The drinks area needs work. I don’t know awkward dispenser for water, which was hard to use. It was not well stocked— for example there was no sugar for the coffee and tea.
Our room had a beautiful balcony, but it was very noisy due to the street noise even at night. They need to find a way to make it quieter.
We only saw staff a check in. We know that there was someone cleaning the rooms but it was strange that there was no staff most of the time.

The property is clean and quiet and the staff were ultra responsive at all hours of the day well before we actually stayed there. The area is perfect. Just outside the main touristy area and has a beautiful park we spent a lot of time in minutes away.

La ubicación, la amabilidad en línea del personal
El baño [el retrete y la regadera) la regadera vieja con fuga y el retrete no se iban las heces, en varias ocasiones había que bajar la palanca, la regadera oxidada y con escurrimientos. La ropa de cama sucias olían a sucio.. no tenía closet donde guardar la ropa.
