The room was ok. Nothing exciting but worth the visit and the price reflected that. Host was easy to communicate with. room was well equipped and the view through the trees was stunning.

The room cleanliness was sub-par, really sub-par, we brought cleaning supplies and a little Vac to sort it out, No mould but lots of dust, dirt, grime and hair... So much black hair. There is a MAJOR ant problem. The actual resort is horrendous. cluttered, absolutely filthy and literally unmanned most of the time. Hardly a resort, more a block for units, with part-time admin. I have NEVER seen anything like it. and we travel 10-20 times a year. The menu was weird and made us a bit crook that night and next day. The "reception" was almost never open, even during signed business hours, which also meant that you couldn't even use the vending machine when the bar/restaurant were closed. The entire "resort" really let down this room sadly. It needs to be visited by local authorities. REALLY. The permanent residents were the noisiest people going. The cleaners were absolutely oblivious to the fact that people sleep... Literally starting at 7 am banging around. There was water pumping out of the pool DIRECTLY onto the footpath, so we had to walk through 2 inches of water with our luggage to leave. The car park is like a 4x4 park. Had a few issues with the room, but the owner was quick to offer a fix but we simply didn't really need those things and just wanted to let them know for the next guest. 1. No Internet. 2. Broken Chair on deck that was unusable.

I absolutely loved my stay at serenity. It’s a beautifully curated space, not just another hotel room, so welcoming and relaxing with all the little carefully thought of touches incl beautiful towels, art, coffee machine, hot plate, convection oven, full sized fridge, block out curtains, gorgeous bed lovely products in bathroom, quality loo paper etc. Everything has been thought of for guest comfort 🥰
