We loved the place and will definitely stay here again whenever we come to Sarawak. However, there are a few minor things that could be improved. Please consider investing in better quality towels, as the ones provided were too thin. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking onto the floor—this might need fixing. Other than that, our overall stay was lovely!

It's very convenient.The rooms are clean, airconditioning is good and cold.It fits 7 people and we were 6.The View was spectacular especially when we witnessed the marathons of fireworks coinciding Hari Gawai Celebration at 12midnight.There is no need to go anywhere else.You can stay in the apartment and go down to the shopping mall to get everything you want.Very covenient to have a free parking space if you are renting a car.
The only uncomfortablenand frustrating thing was the hose pipe.It leaks everytime you turn it on and it soaked our clothings especially when we want to use the bathroom before we leave to go out.You cannot leave it on or else it will flood the floor and I nearly slipped twice because the floor was too wet.The toilet needs maintaining, the toilet seat should be replaced, the sink should be spotless.

Major inconvenience to check in especially at jazz 4. You can't go to the mall until 10 am. Only one key card provided.
