Um diese Immobilie muss sich dringend gekümmert werden!

Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Größe des Hauses, das war’s aber leider auch schon.

Wir waren zu sechst für ein Wochenende da. Für diesen Zeitraum war es aushaltbar. Wären mehrere Tage geplant gewesen, hätten wir definitiv abgebrochen. Es wirkt, als wolle man mit möglichst wenig Aufwand Geld machen. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich eine Zumutung, es muss an jeder Stelle Zeit, Pflege und Geld investiert werden! - Keine Grünpflege. Vor dem Haus wuchert das Unkraut und der Garten ist nicht benutzbar da komplett zugewachsen. - Küche: Backofen kann nicht benutzt werden, da ein Knauf komplett fehlt und die Heizspirale runterhängt. Geschirrspühler innen verrostet und kaputt. Viel zu wenig Geschirr/ Besteck und alles zusammengewürfelt. Tiefkühl voll mit Lebensmitteln. Spritzschutz und Wände dreckig, Schieber innen voll mit Krümeln. - Badezimmer: in den hinteren Ecken ist es schmutzig, die Wände voller Kalkspritzer - Massives Insektenproblem : Abends nehmen Ameisen das Wohnzimmer ein, im Dachgeschoss kann das Fenster aufgrund eines Wespennests nicht geöffnet werden. - Im „Kinderzimmer“ wurde ein Durchgang mittels einer nicht passenden Tür geschlossen, die Dämmwolle guckt quasi raus und ist wunderbar zugänglich für Kinderhände - Kein Treppenschutz, kein Kinderstühlchen, großer Spiegel an der Wand gelehnt usw, für kleinere Kinder ist die Unterkunft absolut ungeeignet - Lampe im oberen Flur hat nur 1/3 Glühbirnen, Lampe auf Klo siehe Foto. Es gibt auch lockere Fliesen. Türklinken klebrig. Limoflaschen unter dem Bett. - Keine Antwort/ kein Kontakt zum Vermieter, immer nur automatische Email.

Außen Hui Innen Pfui.

Es war genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist umgeben von viel Grün. Es bestehen unmittelbare Versorgungseinrichtungen.

Es war sehr schmutzig. Der Keller ist in den Küchen/Wohnbereich offen und riecht sehr stark. Die Küchenausstattung ist faktisch nicht vorhanden. Trotz mehrerer Versuche mit jemanden von der Vermieterseite sprechen zu wollen, kam es zu keiner Kontaktaufnahme.
