Good price and location. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to self-cater, including a small freezer. Good bath towels, comfortable bed.
We stayed in apartments 2 and 4. Apartment 2 in the basement has a tiny sink and small shower with a mirror over the toilet. Apartment 4 has a window that barely opens. The building has shared security and some residents leave the gate and entry doors unlocked. Mostly quiet but there is some street noise if you are on the Mansfield Road side.

The location, the kitchen, the communication team.
The ventilation is very poor, the window didn’t open, there’s no AC, the room was bit smelly especially when you prepare food or open the refrigerator. The key lockbox was malfunctioning sometimes.
