Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Metro and tram stations right across the street as well as a grocery store.
There were a lot of people on drugs or looking for drugs on the street in front of the apartment. It wasn't a huge issue, but just something to be aware of.

Estaba bien ubicado, las instrucciones han sido muy faciles. El piso estaba reformado, limpio y es amplio. Las instalaciones son completas, ideal para las personas que describe el alojamiento. Repetiría. :)

L'host è molto disponibile e puntuale. La procedura di check-in è stata molto veloce.
Innanzitutto, la zona è non trasmette sicurezza: seppur vicino ad una fermata della metropolitana, i dintorni pullulano di tossici e disagiati, che rendono decisamente meno accogliente la permanenza. Inoltre, il bagno è veramente piccolo e aveva un odore sgradevole. Infine, la pulizia e la condizione delle pentole dovrebbe essere migliorata.
