Our stay was good for the most part. Staff were kind and answered questions that I was asking about. Great location and very clean.
Staff were good and a very clean place. The only disappointment was our room did not get cleaned while staying three days. I was told by one staff member that it maybe cleaned Sunday or Monday, didn’t happen. I was told by a staff member Monday after room was still not cleaned, there was a charge for cleaning. I asked how much for the service and staff member could not tell me. If I would have known about the charge, I would have been glad to pay for the cleaning services. I had to get towels for two days. The place is nice and clean.

Good location. Clean since newly built.
The sheets did not fit the bed so ended up sleeping on plastic mattress pad each night. Cleaning service did not replace towels (typical flimsy hotel ones) so staff was a bit miffed when we asked to get clean ones on day 2. Bathroom not cleaned in between days and ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was disappointing grab and go. Stay was not up to what I paid for overall. I had asked both hotel and Booking.com (phone and email) to extend a night, but never heard back from either.
