Location and plenty of beds space
The only dining area is in a sunroom that was too hot to go in. The bedroom downstairs needs a blackout blind.

Location is excellent for Fistral beach, very short walk to the top of the steps. 15-20 minute walk into Newquay town.
House was very clean, two lovely bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed, milk in the fridge and cookies on arrival was a lovely touch.
Two parking spaces on front drive a massive bonus.
Side access and space for sandy boards and beach bits outside is also a plus.
House bright, spacious and airy. Very clean bed linen and towels provided.
House is beautiful but it would benefit from some minor maintenance repairs, ie, hand-rail bannister is coming off the wall, bookcase in conservatory extremely wobbly (would be a concern if small children around), oven glass loose and came off as I opened oven door for the first time (husband fixed it back).
