Το κατάλυμα είναι από τα πιο όμορφα στα Τρίκαλα, καθώς συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό αλλά είναι μοντέρνο και καινούργιο. Είναι σε ωραία τοποθεσία, το τζακούζι είναι μεγάλο κ άνετο και το προσωπικό, ο Μιχάλης κ η Ελένη πολύ άμεσοι και διαθέσιμοι.
Παρότι υπηρεσία δωματίου ήταν καθημερινή, θα ηθελα να έκαναν και ένα σκούπισμα. Θα ήθελα επίσης δεδομένου του κόστους ένα πιο πλούσιο πρωινό. Δυστυχώς, δεν καταφέραμε να ανάψουμε το τζάκι, έσβηναν τα ξύλα.

Everything was great from the beginning to the end. The place was super clean, had a chill and comfortable vibe even during the hot days, and everything inside looked new and well taken care of. The location was perfect. Quiet, private, with beautiful views.
For a mountain area, we were pleasantly surprised by how many restaurants were nearby, along with places to grab a coffee or drink, and even a mini market. It’s a really nice area for walking and exploring. We went to a nearby waterfall and also visited a lake. The views were beautiful, although there isn’t much left of the lake itself.
Breakfast was really good. Not a complaint, but maybe just a small idea: it would be a nice touch if guests could be asked in advance about their preferences, like having a bit more fruit or vegetables.
The communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
While it’s probably amazing in the winter, we really enjoyed experiencing it in the summer too. A beautiful place, in every season. Overall, a really lovely stay. We’d happily come back!

Μοντέρνο, ωραία θέα, καθαριότητα
Αρχικά, είχαμε επιλέξει το δωμάτιο λόγω του υδρομασάζ, το οποίο όμως τη δεύτερη μέρα παρουσίασε αρκετά προβλήματα και μάλιστα το νερό που έβγαζε μύριζε αποκρουστικά, κάτι που ήταν πολύ απογοητευτικό.
Επίσης, την πρώτη ημέρα δεν υπήρχε καν τηλεχειριστήριο για την τηλεόραση, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να τη χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Την επόμενη μέρα μας έφεραν ένα, αλλά δεν λειτουργούσε λόγω άδειας μπαταρίας και χρειάστηκε εμείς να αλλάξουμε τις μπαταρίες.
Επιπλέον, είχαμε ενημερωθεί ότι θα γίνεται καθημερινός καθαρισμός και ανανέωση του πρωινού με ό,τι καταναλώνουμε (χωρίς να έχουμε ειδοποιηθεί για την ώρα), κάτι που δεν συνέβη ποτέ.
Τέλος, μας δόθηκαν λάθος οδηγίες σχετικά με το parking μέσω μηνυμάτων, με αποτέλεσμα να ταλαιπωρηθούμε άσκοπα κουβαλώντας βαλίτσες, ενώ τελικά υπήρχε δυνατότητα να παρκάρουμε πολύ πιο κοντά στο δωμάτιο.
