Very nice but be prepared for the stairs

The property is located in a central district, which is close to everything, subway, it's close to Latin Quarter, close to Notre-Dame, Louvre, period. It is the top floor, which is the rooftop, and it has a great terrace, which is overlooking the roofs of Paris, and it's a very unique experience. design is nice. maybe its not as great for tall people, but I would still pick that just for an experience, because it really feels like Paris. Plus it has air conditioning, which works great if it is hot weather, or you can open the windows, there's pretty nice breeze on the top floor. Since it's the top floor, and it's old Paris district, of course, it doesn't have an elevator, it has spiral staircase to get on top. I didn't find it really complicated to get there. If somebody really has a problem walking up and down, I would not recommend, but for regular healthy person, there's no problems. you're probably gonna struggle twice to get your luggage there and get it down. But other than that, it's totally worth it to get on top. And I would definitely recommend it to my friends. And if I go to Paris again and I would not find something similar, just try to stay in another district, I probably just gonna pick this one again, since I know that it's really nice. Terrace is absolutely worth it.

It has a bunk bed but I wasn’t sure how to use it because there is a cabinet up there. We used the couch for the kids, you can pull it out. But there is a queen bed in each bedroom (2 bedrooms). It was 5 of us.

Booking description is wrong and not a pleasant experience dealing with them at all.

Great location

The booking description for the bedrooms is incorrect. It does not have 2 doubles in Bedroom 1…. It only has 1 in bedroom 1, 1 in bedroom 2 (which also has 2 single bunks that you pull out from the wall - and this blocks the exit / entrance to that bedroom if they are down) and a double sofa bed in living room. This did not suit our party as I wanted 4 double beds - so would not have booked it if it was only 3. They refused to admit that the ad / description was wrong, even though they sent me a personal message stating there were 4 doubles beds (then apologised for sending me info on a different apartment.). I asked them which bedroom has the two double beds as per ad and they have ignored my requests. (I will add them in pics below - I’ve also added photos for the same apartment from different booking sites and one of the ads says 3 bedrooms, but bedroom 1 and 3 are the same bedroom and the same bed - just different angle.) Also refused to compensate anything for me (only asked for 1 night compensation) - “nothing they could do”. Disgraceful really that they can get away with this.

Grateful and happy!

Location is great and the terrasse just makes it unique.

This was no issue for us at all and the property description was very clear in advance but good for people to remember that the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs without lift. There was nothing we did not like!
