Lack of respect

Location

Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. From the first day, there were problems with the electronic key used to access the apartment. When I arrived, the key they gave me did not work. I had to go back to the reception to request another one, which also did not work. A staff member had to manually open the door for me and they reprogrammed the key. Later it worked, but the same problem happened again the following day. On the second night, I entered the apartment normally around 7:00 PM. However, when I left and returned around 10:30 PM, the key once again did not work. Since the reception is only open from 10 AM to 7 PM, I contacted support via WhatsApp. They told me someone would come to the building to help me access the apartment. I was able to enter the building lobby through facial recognition and waited there. I waited from around 10:30 PM until midnight. During this time, I sent multiple messages and was repeatedly told that someone was “on the way,” but no one ever arrived. I was alone with only my phone and had no access to the apartment or any of my personal belongings. Since there was no solution, I had to find another hotel to stay in for the night. The next morning, support contacted me asking if I had been able to enter the apartment — which obviously I had not. They asked me to send the receipt from the hotel where I stayed so they could reimburse me. I only regained access to the apartment around 10:00 AM the following morning. In addition to the inconvenience and lack of support in an urgent situation, this also affected me professionally. I had a course scheduled at 8:00 AM and missed the first hours because I could not access the apartment to get my belongings. I would not recommend Tabas to anyone. This was extremely disrespectful and it put me in a dangerous situation.

Good value for money

Location. Clean and tidy. Good Gym equipment. Staff very very friendly, helpful and proactive. I had a problem with the card key and the morning receptionist was absolutely helpful. He solved the problem on the spot. Very proactive.

Escassez de utensilios dificulta muito a estadia. O que deveria ser uma hospedagem prática, se torna somente uma cama para dormir. Não há uma frigideira ou uma sanduicheira, somente duas panelas grandes (sujas, ainda por cima). Fiquei 3 dias sem internet. Sobre o condomínio, uma piscina que se diz aquecida, mas na prática fica a 17 graus, impossibilitando o uso. Só escolhi essa estadia por causa da piscina, para treinar, e acabou que o que me fez escolher como diferencial estava ausente. Enfim, não foi nem por longe uma boa hospedagem.
