Great location (many different stores and restaurants nearby) and a quite neighborhood. Apartment is clean, it is not hotel-fancy, but with all you need to stay as at home - comfortable beds, two air-conditioning and big rooms with a large TV in a living room. You can also enjoy the trees and birds from the dinning balcony :)
And owners are ready to help at any time, we asked to fix a broken shower head and it was done right away (so there is no issue with the water pressure, as it was written before) We enjoyed our stay and will miss evening strolls around the neighborhood.

Очень приветливый хозяин квартиры. Встретил нас прям на улице, всю дорогу поддерживал связь с таксистом, в квартире было чисто. Не первой свежести и район прилично от центре, но вполне комфортно. Обычный спальный район, рядом и магазины, и кафе, небольшой ТРЦ с хорошей кофейней, до трц Ташкент Сити и Маджик парка на такси 15-20 мин., не дорого. Тихий и зеленый двор. Даже близость к ночному клубу не мешала. Вообще не было слышно.
Отдыхали в июне, на улице было жарко и соответственно в квартире тоже душно, в спальне спать было не комфортно, кондиционер только в гостиной, пришлось постелить на полу, кровать ооочень жесткая, мне было спать не возможно, мужу с сыновьями нормально))) матрасы, которые постелили на пол -это поролон 3см, что есть что нет, но на 2 ночи можно потерпеть… сантехника уже потрепаная, как перевалочная база нормально…
