Worse night ever

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The property was not properly maintained and several serious issues significantly affected our comfort. The biggest problem was the toilet, which repeatedly overflowed and made the bathroom unusable. We were even forced to use a bucket instead of the toilet. When we reported the issue, the owner told us to clear the drain ourselves using a plumbing snake that was already stored in the apartment, suggesting that this was a known and recurring problem. The bathrooms were dirty, one stove burner did not work, there were no cups in the kitchen, several chairs were damaged, and bed linen was missing for one guest. In addition, the stairs leading to the lower bedroom were damaged and felt unsafe. Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort. We cannot recommend this property and feel that it was not accurately represented in the listing.

Worst accommodation of my life

This is the worst place ever. When we arrived, it wasn't cleaned at all, the sink was leaking, and the toilet was broken, filled with feces and other waste. The landlord admitted to the poor cleaning and promised a half refund, but he never kept his promise. He still hasn't responded. We filmed the whole thing on YouTube. He's a liar. Never stay here again.

Disappointing. Did not match what was advertised

1. When we arrived there was no ‘key lock box’ for the PIN code provided, meaning we couldn’t access the accommodation. 2. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, but there was only 1 bedroom with a door. The other rooms with beds were not enclosed. No privacy. 3. The staircases to the areas with beds were unsafe.
