The hotel itself was decent, but the service was disappointing. The reception staff were rude and sarcastic, and I felt there was preferential treatment towards guests who were not of Indian origin. I requested an early check-in, which I was willing to pay for, but the first staff member rejected it without even checking my booking details. Shortly after, another counter offered the same arrangement to a different guest.
The security guards were the only staff who deserve praise. Luggage delivery to our room took over 30 minutes, and despite calling twice in advance at checkout, no one came to assist with our bags. I eventually had to bring everything down myself, while other guests with fewer bags were assisted.
Overall, not value for money. I have had much better experiences at other hotels.
