. Facilities were very basic but the room was very clean, soundproof and the bed was comfortable.
No hotel reception staff on duty when we arrived. Checked in by canteen staff who had no record of our booking so we ended up in a standard double facing the motorway rather than the deluxe garden view we had booked. We were just given the first available room, not offered a choice, not shown to room.
