Amy Cottage is in a wonderful position in the High Street at West Lulworth. It is a beautiful thatched cottage with two double and two single bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining room. It offered off road parking for one vehicle that was a little tricky to access but manageable.
The cottage is within a 10 minute walk of Lulworth Cove and a short walk from the Castle Inn where superb meals and drinks can be found. A small welcome pack was provided, bread, milk, butter, biscuits and crisps
Throughout the cottage there are low ceilings and even lower door frames. I am 6ft 2ins and banged my head numerous times, perhaps some protection and warnings would be in order. The cottage has one bathroom and a shower room, both with WC. Unfortunately both are on the ground floor which was not great if a visit was required at night. Although an idyllic location the cottage is right on the road and the road is busy with motor vehicles and pedestrians. The cottage was very pretty from the outside and well maintained inside although we both thought the bed linen was a little old

Mice period Cottage within walking distance of Durdle door. Coupe of local pubs had lovely food and drink. Book ahead as were very busy. Nice walks nearby. Local Londis had all the essentials.
All the doors were about 5'8 in height which was a pain in the neck(litterily). On the main road in to the village which had a steady flow of coaches that seemed to stop outside our open windows when traffic built up. Busy in peak times.
