We stayed here over the easter long weekend. It was a quiet location but it was also really close to the main area of th

Great location

Generally was decent apart from the above.

Was quite clean and self sufficient

The fact I had to collect the keys & drop it off having to walk back & forth 10-15 mins dragging luggage was not a comfortable experience.

very good

Well-designed house, very warm, clean and comfortable, suitable for family.

An absolute disaster. Could not gain entry as keys did not operate lifts.

Absolutely nothing as we were not able gain access to the apartment. Hard to contact owner to resolve problem resulting in having obtain alternative accommodation for our stay in Melbourne

Owner hard to contact and when we did she was not co-operative in providing a satisfactory solution that would have enabled us to use the accommodation. Booking.com not easy to contact when instant help is required.

Prperty is conveniently located and the many attractions are easy to reach by foot, or tram.

As the property is located in the city, it is expected to be lively, however the noise level at night was extreme, I and my companion were unable to get a good night's sleep. The windows (property ) is not sufficiently insulated. The lockboxes aren't logically organized. I had to flick through every single lockbox to find the appropriate one.
