Accommodations are adequate. There are no real closets or drawers to put your clothes. The shower fan does not work and the shower is a little moldy. The clothes washer in not in the unit but in the hallway to share with the other families. It could use a good cleaning as it is moldy as well. The neighborhood is really good - family friendly and quiet. Very close to RER and metro.

We enjoyed the apartment for 4 nights. Fortunately we arrived during the day because it would have been difficult to find this at night. We loved the outdoor seating area although the furniture was rickety to say the least.The kitchen was well-equipped though the cabinets are so high it’s difficult to reach the upper shelf.The coffee cups provided are too big to use with the coffee maker which didn’t seem to work anyway.The showers were great.The closet doors in the bedroom need work - they don’t fit right.Additional instructions on how the AC works… would be helpful. Despite 5he lack of decor, the apartment worked out well.

Host was responsive at first then not so much two days before checkout. The washer and dryer are in the hallway to share between 4 families. The washer had not been cleaned and the rubber door seal was covered in mold. We bought some wipes and cleaned it ourselves. The air conditioner was not working during the heat dome, which made the unit incredibly hot, plus there are no ceiling fans. Once the air conditioner was fixed it was way too cold and the thermostats were not functioning. We asked thru their WhatsApp chat how to change the temperature and never got an answer. WiFi was terrific, location was good (next to a great little grocery store). Trash bins were not where they said “just behind the gate.” Trash area was across the courtyard in a storage room. We asked for an extra cleaning because one of the showers was moldy. Not sure whether the cleaning person came around as the shower mold is still there.
