Lovely home, very spacious!! Was easy to get around walking, public transport or uber. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a market down the street. The home felt very safe.

Stayed for a total of 11 days in May/June 2026. The location is good with plenty of restaurants, boulangeries, and grocery stores within a couple of blocks.The apartment was clean when we arrived. However, there are many shortcomings that must be considered:1) the kitchen was missing key tools such we an actual kitchen knife, individual sized bowls,2) there was no cell signal in the bedroom level (basement), and the wifi extender was not working3) there's no AC unit and there was no way to modulate humidity, especially in the bedrooms in the basement level4) during our stay, the entire basement was humid and smelled musty5a) the plumbing in both levels were suspect in that when using the kitchen sink, the sink in the toilet room in main level made very loud gurgling sounds - audible even when door's closed5b), when flushing the toilet, the sink in the room also made gurgling sounds 5c) the smell of sewer emanates from the bathroom sinks. Imagine brushing your teeth over the sink and gagging not from brushing but from the assaulting smell. The unit's caretakers placed multiple reed diffusers throughout, e.g, 2 in a bedroom. No amount of artificial deodorizers could mask the stench and mustiness of the space. And Lastly, 6) the unit manager was not very responsive particularly during checkout we were rushed by the cleaning person during checkout.These are very important considerations for those thinking about this unit.
