The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England.
The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham visiting friends so the hotel location was perfect for us.

Great apartment but seriously lacking in kitchen utensils and there wasn’t a dish cloth or tea towel.
A small table and chairs to eat at would be helpful as well.
