Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a family of 6 staying at the hotel with 2 rooms. They got us a rollout bed upon request, froze our ice cream cake upon request, and helped us when the food we purchased from the lobby market was expired. Just felt like staff was friendlier than the usual.

Everything was in perfect order except the hot tub which was out of order. Everything was clean and the room was not disturbed when we asked for it until we checked out after the third day.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was limited but adequate for light and/or grab and go.
