Pros: The staff were the best thing about this property. Ariel and everyone else were super, all were friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for better. We liked the location near the center and found it convenient to get there and to the Convention Center. The price is a good value. Overall we were happy.
Cons: Things improved day by day but we were not crazy about the continental breakfast options -- too many sweet things, instant coffee, etc. We had a lot of trouble with the internet, and had to drag a chair out to the hall to restart the router repeatedly (like once an hour). There is no 24 hour desk. However, they were very good about dealing with our issues and provided compensation for them.
Suggested improvements: The bathroom is too small, with a teensy tiny shower. Shelves are needed in the bathroom and sink area. And a coffee table is needed in the living area.
