About this house rental

Retreat to this casual, quiet Lakefront property nestled in a cove, only 25 minutes south of Charlotte and 10 minutes from Wingate University. This 3-bedroom house in Monroe offers a fully equipped Kitchen, WiFi, Washer & Dryer, gas fireplace and the serenity of Union County countryside. Home also includes a game room with retro arcade, ping pong and air hockey table. Enjoy the oversized deck for grilling, dining, lounging and a game of darts. Rustic fire pit for evening campfires, and large dock for fishing/sunning, Kayaks and Canoe are included during Lake Twitty's open season, (March 1-Nov. 1). Waivers required for watercraft. Lake Twitty is the water supply for Union County so swimming is not allowed. NO PARTIES, neighborhood very private and quiet, but come and enjoy the natural surroundings and all the comforts of home during your stay.

Great house and lots to do like take kayaks on lake and fishing or playing games in game room or relaxing by a fire. Betsy is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is there for your needs. Beaty is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!
