About this house rental
Uma on Werri is a new designer beach house enviably located at the northern end of Werri Beach.
With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, Uma on Werri is a glamorous two-story home with multiple living spaces, a kid’s playroom, co-working space, and balconies front and back so you can watch the sunrise from the ocean and sunset over the mountains.
The spacious ground-level kitchen with servery window and butler’s pantry, is flanked by sliding doors opening to a spectacular entertaining terrace. A 4m long teak dining table is the alfresco centrepiece along with a built-in barbecue, bar fridge and custom Caesarstone servery bench.
Stepping-stones lead to the heated 7m x 4m pool and 2m x 2m heated spa and the north end of Werri Beach is a short stroll, so guests can bounce between the pool and ocean.
Uma’s bright and breezy good looks, quality finishes and splashes of colour are guaranteed to lift the mood as guests walk through the door.
Perfect for a mid-week break, weekend getaways for golfing and wine tasting or a longer holiday. Uma works well for families, couples and girls getaways, corporate groups for off-sites, leadership and lifestyle retreats. Winter or summer, this house is a special place to spend time with family or friends.

The Beach House
• Seven large bedrooms with six king beds and one x queen bed with king single loft bed. (Flexible bedding arrangements as four x Kings can split into eight singles.)
• Six en-suites and 1 stand-alone bathroom.
• Two separate lounge rooms
• Open plan chef’s kitchen
• A covered alfresco deck with a built-in barbecue, bar fridge and custom Caesarstone servery bench.
• Sun-drenched, heated saltwater swimming pool (7 x 4.m) and separate heated spa (2 x 2m
• Ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms
• Laundry with washing machine/dryer
• Family friendly with baby gate, high chair/s and travel cots provided free of charge. Fully fenced backyard.
• Nespresso coffee machine
• Fine cotton bed linen, fluffy towels
Bedrooms - Sleeps 14 adults plus 1 child
*Special permission can be granted for two extra children on rollaway beds at an additional cost. We have two baby cots/highchairs, baby gate, baby bath and step stools that can be supplied on request.

We were a group of 12 Adults and were staying at Werri and visiting different golf courses down the south coast. The house met all our expectations and was extremely clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and ensuites had plenty of room.We cooked at the property and the kitchen was big enough for people to move about and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor facilities and it was great to be able to choose to eat indoors or outside and have plenty of room. A great experience.

Our stay at Uma on Werri could not have been more pleasurable. The location, the beautiful home and the hospitality of the host made our family’s stay relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodation was wonderful, allowing our group both space for individuals and large living spaces to come together. The more active members were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and spa.I would like to take this opportunity to thank our host, Melanie for being so generous with her assistance and hospitality. I will certainly be recommending this beautiful property to my friends and family.

Our stay at Uma was faultless from start to end. Great communication with our host Melanie. The location was perfect and the house was everything we expected. It accommodated our large family young and old very comfortably. We look forward to a return visit to Uma.
