The location is perfect. The place has everything you might need. It has parking in front of the door and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not good enough. The bathroom, floors, and even the bed sheets did not feel properly clean.
The rooms were very warm, and we could not open the windows because there were many bugs and mosquitoes. There were a lot of insects in the property in general.
For one night, the place can be okay, but I would not recommend staying longer because of the cleanliness and insect problem.
Also, the host asked us via message to pay the city tax, but we had already paid it through Booking.com. Be careful and check your booking details so you do not pay the city tax twice.

Stayed for two nights visiting the area. 10 minute walk to Bodensee and the bars/restaurants. One fan in the main bedroom, would have been nice in the others as it was a heatwave when we stayed. However, all the facilities were good so would recommend.
Parking was a bit tight when all spaces in use.

Die Doppelmatratze Im Schlafzimmer war richtig hart.
Also, für zweimal nur schlafen war es ok, aber wir kommen bestimmt nie wieder.
