Very nice apartment, good location

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for an event at the Plaza de España

Unfortunately the smell from the drains was quite strong at times, but not enough to ruin our stay

Fantastic apartment, amazing location, strongly recommend

Compact but had absolutely everything we needed for a fabulous 3 night stay! Location was amazing. We were a little early and met the cleaner who was very professional and efficient Will happily stay again if in Saville Door locking system was great!

Finding the place, with all the one way systems and lack of signage was tricky, but once there it was great

Fabulous, spacious and well kitted out Apartment

The apartment was very well kitted out with fresh contemporary decorations. The air con was very welcome in a city with very high temperatures. It was a fairly short walk to sights like the Plaza de España, which was spectacular as was the sunset. We loved our stay and very much appreciated the regular communications we received from our hosts. Would definitely return if in Seville 👌🏾

Din’t like it

Mattress and pillows were probably a bit better than your average rental.

Very small space for living room especially if you want to use the sofa bed. Ground floor as described in the description, but more of a factor because you are not able to open blinds at any point without being completely exposed. Only two chais in the “dinning” area. One of us had to eat standing. We had a problem with the code being wrong upon arrival. The fridge was set to O and completely filled with water. The a/c unit in the bedroom was constantly blinking big blue letters at all times which doesn’t promote good night sleep. There is washer and not dryer. Plan accordingly. Lost power once. Between all of the issue we had to contact property management at least four times. We got responses and things got addressed except the a/c, but you don’t want to have so many issues to start with. The location wasn’t great for the money. Not far from attractions, but not convenient either. I would not stay again.

Superó mis expectativas. Dos habitaciones con un cuarto de baño cada una. En una de ellas una cama enorme y en la otra dos camas. Ventanas en las dos habitaciones, baños muy amplios. Muy cerca de la famosa calle Asunción, una calle peatonal donde hay de todo. Muy satisfecha, repetiré sin duda.

La alfombra del salón. No lo veo higiénico.

Olía a tubería en una de las habitaciones principales y era muy desagradable. Estaba retirado del casco histórico .
