Es gibt wahrscheinlich keine bessere Lage für ein Apartment in Skiathos. Man hat die wunderschönen Stadtstrände in kürzester Entfernung vor der Haustür, man ist nahe am Bus, der eine sehr gute Taktung hat und kommt ohne Leihauto oder Moped im Grunde überall hin.
Ein Highlight ist die Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick (allein dieser Blick ist erholsam wie kaum etwas) und kleinem Zitronenbäumchen (malerisch!) die Ruhe bei zentraler Lage und Aussicht ist einfach unschlagbar.
Wir waren schon viermal auf der Insel (in sehr schönen Hotels, Skiathos Holidays und Elivi) und das hier ist eine perfekte Alternative, wenn es einmal kein Hotel sein soll.
Die Erholung aufgrund der Privatssphäre ist einmalig.
Praktisch: „Nespresso“-Maschine, eine Küche, die gut genug ausgestattet ist, um zwischendurch mal was zu kochen, wenn man keine Lust hat, essen zu gehen.
Die Betten waren gut, die Handtücher - wie in einem sehr guten Hotel.
Das Einzige, wo wir als Eigentümer in der kommenden Zeit jedenfalls investieren würden, wäre die Dusche - als erster kleiner Schritt wäre es sehr praktisch, wenn es eine Aufhängung geben würde, an dem man den Duschkopf befestigen kann. In der Nacht können Mopeds durchfahren an der Straße (es ist kein reiner Fußweg, aber es passen keine Autos durch), je nachdem wie laut das ist, wacht man davon auf. Aber alles in allem fällt das kaum ins Gewicht.
Zahlreiche Pluspunkte (wie Waschmaschine, mit der man zwischendurch die Strandtücher waschen kann usw.) kompensieren das.

Mycket centralt med endast 500 m promis till centrum. Magiskt vacker uteplats med utsikt av hela inloppet till Skiathos. Även fin balkong från övervåningen. Bra kommunikation med värden som var mån om att vi skulle ha det fint!

The property is in a perfect location, close enough to the port but far enough away that it's very peaceful and quiet, there's a lovely bakery just around the corner and the beach is a short walk, there's house itself is great, plenty of space, everything that you need but the real bonus is the incredible view from both terraces

Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání – poloha, nádherné výhledy, vybavení i klidné prostředí byly naprosto skvělé. Majitel byl velmi ochotný a ještě před příjezdem nám poskytl veškeré užitečné informace – od snídaní přes nákupy až po dopravu z letiště. Komunikace probíhala rychle a bez problémů. Celý pobyt byl perfektní zážitek a toto místo mohu jen vřele doporučit.
