The house is located at the top of a hill, surrounded by pines. The terrace gives a view through the pines to the ocean with a refreshing breeze. The house is bright and airy, with comfortable bedrooms and an open-concept kitchen.
Nothing really. The house is a bit of a climb from the road where you park, which is something for those with mobility issues to consider, but not generally a problem.
